Mechanic Office Indoor Air Quality

3E conducted an indoor air quality assessment at the American Airlines Mechanics Office in Terminal F of the Tampa International Airport located in Tampa, Florida. 3E determined the parameters of specific concern after a review of client concerns regarding possible adverse odors and possible mold contamination within the office spaces. The scope of this survey was designed to provide an initial assessment and involved the following:

Completed a visual on-site inspection of the work area for identification of water intrusion or other building conditions that may be a source of indoor air quality complaints. The site evaluation included discussions with occupants, and evaluation of existing ventilation systems and surrounding building parameters.

Prepare a draft report that provided survey and assessment results and recommendations for remediation of impacted materials or air sampling of work areas. Presented the draft report findings at a client on-site meeting. Completed report revisions and submitted the final report.
