Environmental Health and Safety Services
3E has conducted environmental, health and safety compliance services including inspections, emergency response, training, permitting and compliance sampling activities for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) in Orlando, Florida. The environmental health and safety services completed for GOAA included the following:
Emergency Response Training&ndash´ completed multiple emergency response training sessions with multiple shifts of the Aircraft Fire Emergency Services personnel. The training events include radiological, nerve gas, biological and chemical response scenarios within fixed facility locations at the Orlando International Airport (OIA) and Orlando Executive Airport
(OEA). Response Capabilities Assessments&ndash´ completed site specific emergency response procedure and equipment assessments for the OIA operations. The scope include the review of PPE, monitoring equipment and procedures associated with hazmat and biological threats resulting in recommendations for response optimization and corrective action.
Facility Compliance Assessments&ndash´ completed facility assessments for tenant facilities located at multiple GOAA facilities. The assessments include RCRA, NPDES and SPCC requirements including hazardous/solid waste management, storm water pollution prevention plans, UST/AST compliance and housekeeping practices.
Environmental Assessment Activities&ndash´ completed environmental assessments and sampling activities to support NDPES permitting requirements and FDEP Site Assessments and Remedial Action Plans for the OIA and OEA. Scopes include groundwater and surface water sampling and reporting activities.
