Environmental, Health and Safety Continuing Contract

3E has completed over 35 task orders associated with environmental, safety and health services contract for Ferguson Enterprises Inc. facilities located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia and Texas, Scopes of services have include the following:

Compliance Permitting and Reporting - Completed the development and submittal of compliance permitting and reporting packages associated air, storm water, indus- trial/hazardous waste, and petroleum storage tank programs.

Industrial Hygiene Monitoring - Completed noise and air monitoring associated with manufacturing operations such as welding, coating application, media blasting and pipe machining and grinding activities. The monitoring activities included air sampling (vapors and particulates) and noise dosimetry.

EHS Training Programs : Completed EHS training programs for site personnel at all facilities. The training topics includes hazardous waste, universal waste and hazardous material transportation management, respiratory protection, powered industrial equip- ment, HAZWOPER and hazardous communications.

Hazardous/Solid Waste Characterization Management – included waste stream gen- eration and management review, site specific waste stream analyses, development of waste stream characterization and consolidation, waste reclamation and disposal feasi- bility review and development of site specific waste management procedures and plans.

New Facility/Process Review – included the assessment of a proposed manufacturing facilities in California and Arizona focusing environment permitting strategies and haz- ardous material management activities.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention – included the review of onsite potential pollution sources and the development of a best management practices to limit of offsite impacts associated with loading, storage and use of hazardous materials. Developed and trained onsite personnel to the implementation of emergency response protocols.

Compliance Assessment – Completed over environmental and safety compliance as- sessments/inspections associated with Federal, state and county regulations/laws in- cluding RCRA, HSWA, EPCRA, TSCA, OSHA, NFPA, CWA, CAA.

Compliance Planning and Procedure Development - Developed corporate EH&S procedures and plans associated with compliance of Federal, State and local regula- tions. Additionally, developed site specific compliance plans to include RCRA Contin- gency Plans, Spill Pollution Control and Countermeasure Plans and NPDES Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
